My style of painting
Is my work hyper-realistic? No.
Does it need to be? Not at all.
Is it figurative? Yes—but not as a copy of reality.
I’m not after perfection. I’m after expression. Feeling that shows up in a gesture, a brushstroke, a line that refuses to sit still.
I paint loosely.
Not carelessly, not randomly—but with room for intuition.
Each piece emerges in the moment, without a pre-planned composition. What you see is what needed to happen then.
Sometimes that’s a shape you almost recognize.
Sometimes it’s just color, rhythm, and emotion saying something—
even if it can’t be put into words.
